System Certification (Factory, Manufacturing, Management, Administration)

System Certification is an activity among suitability verifications to prove and verify if the regulated requirements on processes, people and companies are properly met; hence it is different from certifying quality of a product. FITI provides HEPI Certification Service developed internally by researchers in the institution covering the certain fields of various system certifications.

HEPI (Humanity, Environment, Product Quality & Integration) Certification

HEPI Certification is about verifying if the activities in manufacturing, management and administration related to certain product manufacturing are meeting the requirements under factory supervision regulations via related facts. Once the results are met with the requirements, the institution issues related certifications for certain periods of time.

Certification target goods and companies

Target: The factories manufacturing consumer goods
Target companies are the cooperating factories providing after service for companies that manufacture, import, and sell goods. However, the factories failed on the evaluation in last 3 months and the ones with their agreement termination in last 6 months are excluded from this category.

Certification Standard

If no critical failures are found from production, management and administration activities of the target factories and the overall score is higher than 85%, the certification is approved and issued via supervisory committee.
